Refund policy

Due to our use of on-demand printing, at this point in time, we do not offer returns and exchanges on our items if you change your mind. If there is an issue with your order and its quality (misprinted, damaged, defective), we will accept it as a return and issue you a new one. You must email muetz@magpiestudiofloral.com within 10 days of receiving your order to qualify for the new item.
