    • Due to our use of on-demand-printing, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If there is a quality issue with your order (​​misprinted, damaged, defective), please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Please email info@magpiestudiofloral.com.

  • What do you mean by arrangement “drops”? 
    • The arrangements are offered for a limited time (monthly) in a limited availability, so we call them “drops”. 
  • How do you decide when to do a drop? 
    • The timing of the drops depends on a variety of factors including Magpie’s schedule and holidays. Watch Instagram, Facebook, and sign up for emails for details. 
  • Can I reserve an arrangement?

  • Do you do special orders? 
    • Please email info@magpiestudiofloral.com with questions about special orders. 
  • Do you deliver? 
    • Delivery is always available for free for those who order 2+. 
    • Delivery is available for an added fee for all other orders.
